Please note that pets will incur an additional charge of EUR 30 per stay. Please note that pets are only allowed in the following room types: Apartment with Garden View and Apartment with Terrace. Guests must sign the property rental contract prior to check-in for stays of 11 nights and above. The rental price includes accommodation for 2 or 4 people depending on the double beds advertised in each property. In all properties, it is possible to add one or two additional guests by requesting one or two single extra beds. In this case, an additional fee of €35 will be charged per extra bed requested.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Managed by a private host A deposit may be required at the property.
