Clean, spacious, and owners were lovely

Beautiful spacious apartment with a large lounge, beautiful kitchen 2 bedrooms and bathrooms. Highly recommended.

We really enjoyed our stay at The Guineafowl. The hosts are very friendly and made sure that we felt welcome. We received good instructions regarding the keys and alarm system, as well as a few interior instructions. Etienne made sure that we knew how the braying tools worked and supplied as with dry braaihout.

I did no like the milkwood tree's purple-black berries. I stepped on it and had to make sure that I didn't mess up the tile floors. But I know that unfortunate there's nothing that the host can do, because the milkweed is a protected tree.

Location was perfect. The place was clean with a nice braai area. Quiet and relaxing!!

The accommodation was extremely neat and clean.

Owners did not advertise they stay on the top floor. You can hear everything what they do. I did ask if my mother's Yorkie can come along. They agreed and when my parents arrived the owner stood on the balcony and just informed(not very friendly) my husband the premises it's not pet friendly. I tried to correspond but no luck...so we left and didn't hear from them again. We only slept over 1 night. Your parking is not in a garage. The neighbors have a cute little Dashund, but not friendly and keeps on barking when he/she hears you. The wifi didn't work, but that wasn't a big deal for us.

The property itself was well equipped, everything that we wanted was there and it was very clean

I'm not sure if the host was aware of the race which booked at his guest house or that's how he is to people, we didn't feel welcomed at all, I will not recommend to any black society, we feel like we were watched over everything we were doing. The way he was talking to us sometimes we were feeling like we were a burden, I wasn't happy at all with his attitude towards us. Facial expressions can tell you you are not welcome.
