La ubicación

Fuimos en fin de semana, la casa tiene calefacción central y el sábado no se encendió en todo el día. Hacía frío y por la tarde noche tuvimos que tirar de un calefactor y mantas.

No ACCESIBLE para silla de ruedas, barreras arquitectónicas. Hablamos personalmente con el propietario y no nos dio ninguna solución. Ni siquiera entrar por el parking con el coche y la silla dentro, Le hemos pedido la cancelación y se niega a devolvernos el dinero. Casi 300€ para dos personas por dos noches.

A pesar de preguntarle previamente por teléfono sobre la ACCESIBILIDAD, no pudimos entrar.Tuvimos que marcharnos. El trato recibido fue deplorable. Obviamente, tomaremos las acciones legales oportunas, incluyendo la denuncia al departamento de Turismo de Castilla y León.
