Apartment Mala tajna

Lage ist supper, sehr nahe am Hafen und der Altschtadt. Apartment sehr liebevol gestatet, allerdings könnte das eine oder andere auch in stand gesetz werden.

Wohnung im 4 Stock eines alten Gebäudes ( sehr hohe Decken ist mit einem 5 Stöckigen Gebäude zu vergleichen) ohne Aufzug. Wurde auch in der Beschreibung nicht angegeben. Was für uns zu einem sehr hohen Belastung war( Herzkrank und sehr wenig belastbar. Fugen im Bad sind reif zum Tauschen Risse an der Decke Das schlimmste: der Abzug im Badezimmer defekt, wo ich das gemeldet habe, hat der Vermieter sich in aller Form zwar endschuldigt, war ihm aber schon Wochen vorher bekannt, würde aber keinen Handwerker bekommen und im Moment sei auch noch der Elektriker im Urlaub. Irgendwie verständlich aber die Situation sehr unangenehm.

The location is close to the city center, the room was clean, quiet, and big enough. Nice apartment.

There was no parking available, and we had to find a private parking in the city center, for which we paid 27€ per 1 night… unfortunately, the host replied at first to the messages, but when we asked to help us with the parking, we didn’t get any reply.

Buona posizione per muoversi a piedi e con i pullman per arrivare alle spiagge. Molto vicino al centro. Parcheggio a pagamento (1€/h) vicino a meno di 10 minuti a piedi. In cucina c’è tutto quello che ti può servire: microonde, moka per il caffè, utensili, sapone piatti ed anche lavatrice/asciugatrice!

Quarto piano, senza ascensore.

It is right in the center, very close to everything, except beaches.

I was alone with kid with 4 units of luggage and the owner(manager) just sent me an instruction how to get a key . I didn't know that i should get to the top of the building without elevator, and it was quite a big challenge as my kid also was very tired. I wouldn't booked this appartment for a long stay, it is very tiny and looks smaller than announced and of course hospitality is at very average or low level as manager definitely knew that i'm alone with kid and which difficulties i had to face but there was no any proposal to help. The owners should state clearly, that there is no elevator and for people like me or an old people that might be very uncomfortable to stay there!!! Besides of all- towels had a very bad smell and were faded. Guys, you can buy a bunch of new towels for that one night price, that is the base!!! Sewerage smells too!

This is the second time I've stayed in this apartment. It is clean, comfortable,quiet and has everything you can require for a short stay. I will probably stay again
