Srnec Apartments - Korzo

Appartamento piccolo na molto bello, curato e pulito.

Non mi è piaciuta la vista che dava sul retro sopra ai motori dei condizionatori . La mancanza di parcheggio, comunque comprensibile vista la posizione.

Great location. Clean apartment.

central location, comfortable bed, clean sheets & towels, functioning AC, self-checkin option (albeit late, and unflexible, at 5pm)

The apartment is in poorer conditions than we expected based on the photos and positive reviews. - The most disturbing aspect was the incredible fowl smell that comes via the bathroom instalations. It is hard to describe, intense and it was constant. - The windows overlooked a back alley and the rooftop of a building in front which was sprinkled with garbage: not the preetiest sight. - A green exit light was lighting up the whole room at night, so if you are sensitive to light, you might find it difficult to sleep there. - The rainshower shower head had some silicone nozzles missing so when you used it you were hit with direct water from the pipes in all directions. - The walls of the room needed renovations - the wallpaper was missing on parts, pealing off in others and the painting had wear and tear signs everywhere. - Our apartment shared a hallway with 3 others rented out by the same company and the doors did little to soundproof. We might have been unlucky but we were kept up by loud voices fighting (?) until late at night. - The location lists it has parking at a location nearby which “may be chargeable”, but be aware that it actually refers to public garages in the vicinity which are definitely pay-parkings and they are not cheap.
