"Unclean - full of dog hair"

The apartment was not vacuumed not cleaned properly. It was full of dog hair and dust, we had to walk in our shoes. We asked to update our reservation from 3 to 4 guests and the owner was more than accepting and wrote all will be prepared when we arrive. On our arrival there were no extra bed nor room for 4th person. We have been on the road for few hours and we all needed a good night rest, which we didn't get.
