Apartment Roberta

Me and my friends stayed there for three nights, it was a great small apartment with all the utilities it needed. The location itself is also great, Trsat being the most beautiful neighborhood in Rijeka in my opinion. The apartment is also right next to the Trsat Castle, the Trsat bus stop and the Trsat stairs which take you straight to the city. Ms. Roberta was also very polite and flexible with the check in time. Overall, highly recommend!

Spacious apartment with two little bedrooms for the kids and a big bedroom with a double bad, a spacious living room with dining table and a little balcony. Very clean and quiet place. A lot of restaurants and terraces near the location, we strongly recommend " La scarpetta" restaurant, very good food. Ms. Roberta very king and helpful, gave us some recommendations for our free time.

We could use a washing machine because we was with the kids.

Roberta was very polite and available for anything, the apartment was perfectly cleaned and all comforts were there, I highly recommend it and will for sure come again😊

Location and position of apartment

Lack of parking close to property; you can only park on the main road, so it is not ideal if you travel with pets; and also to move luggage around

The Trsat location is the best for Rijeka. Close to the castle and a great view over the city. There is a nearby bus terminal and the Trsat steps down to the city are not far. The property has a nice quiet location but is close to restaurants and bars. Rijeka in winter can be wet and windy but the flat was warm and comfortable. We often visit the city and this is the best place we have come across.

The apartment was great and Robertina is a great host. She left us candies for the kids and the apartment was nicely cooled by the AC when we arrived. She waited for us to arrive until about 9pm and kept in touch with us on the phone at all the time. Rooms were very clean, and everything worked great. I love the little lamps activated by slightest touch above the big bed. The kids rooms were quite nice and spacious, windows not easily accessible by little children, nothing much in their rooms to break (which with little kids is important). The living room was very spacious and nice and a great place to eat or just relax. The kitchen is very equipped and we cooked few times. The location was great for me, because I was looking for place near the University campus and it's about 7 minutes from it walking. Also there are bars and restaurants nearby.

The only thing that worried me was that the dining table was wooden and I had to instruct kids not to put wet stuff on it. Also, the address was very not obvious for us, so maybe it would be good to put directions about which house it is. And yeah, there's no oven, have it in mind. Also, the bathroom sink is a bit too big for very little kids, but it's not a problem. Going to center by foot is not recommended (a loot of stairs). Also, the nearest beach (maybe Pecine?) is VERY crowded. If you have a car, go somewhere else. We went to Ploce beach and it was awesome. And yeah, unrelated to the property but apparently taxy apps (uber, bolt) don't work well in Rijeka and you need to know the number of the local taxies if you need to return at night.

Very nice appartment and super host. Everything we needed was there: fully equipped kitchen, many towels, good internet, appartmsnt was clean and cosy. The host met us at night and explained about the main city attractions, and was available for additional questions. There is a nice bakery close to the apartment offering tasty croissants.

we spent really great time here. owner is really kind and allow me to take my cat. it is really quiet place. there’s restaurants near the apartment. Trsat castle is also not far. only 10 mins max. you can take bus to the old town.
