Carvetii - Clark House - Spacious ground floor flat

Location was easy to reach and apartment is large

No mugs found so checked dishwasher to find it was full of previous occupants dirty dishes. Still dirty. Light bulbs also needed replacing.

We really enjoyed how close it was to everything just a short drive and we were at hopetoun House and only roughly 30 minutes to Edinburgh. Comfy beds and sofa with a well thought kitchen layout.

The kitchen light fixture was hanging by the wire when we entered the property. There were also multiple bulbs not working within the flat and parking was tight.

Was damp and cold, bathroom window leaked, beds were uncomfortable

It was clean, spacious & all on one level

The outside of the property was a bit of a shock. It made us question what was waiting for us on the inside, but inside was lovely. Maybe beds that are listed as double, should be what has been specified & not two single beds pushed together. Parking was difficult.

Very spacious for a family. Clean and tidy as well. The host communicates well with what we will expect to happen, very informative that we had all the information needed for our stay.

The bathroom is very spacious but it could be better to just remove the bath tub and just make it a shower. The door handle and shower hose is broken. The 9pm to 9am quite time is obviously not followed by the top floor occupants as they keep making noises and banging on the floor till midnight or so which we clearly hear.

Only one bathroom. Not sure what to expect when we pulled up outside

Beautiful and spacious. Clean and welcoming. Would happily return.
