Modern apartment Ana

The location of the apartment is within walking distance of several beaches and the old town. We found a parking spot close to the apartment so bringing in our luggage was easy. There was a large tv to watch UEFA games which made our son super happy.

We had a hard time with the shower situation. It was much easier to take a bath.

It was clean, cozy, with comfortable beds in a good location, walkable and close to everything! Ivana was the perfect host - she had prepared some fruits for us, she also left bottles of water for each person in the refrigerator. A great hospitality.

Clean and spacious. Excellent location. Ivana was very responsive and helpful.

Shower was a bit awkward to use but this was clear in the posting and picture.

Interior looks like new. Very clean and location is very good.

It would be perfect if there is one more bathroom added.

This is the cleanest apartment i have stayed at. And also everything looks and newley renovated, neat. Had some fresh fruits on the counter for us . The place is great for sightseeing in Rovinj, literally few minutes walk to old town. And also close to the beaches and marinas. The owner is super nice and will be happy to help you during the stay. I highly recommend

Very clean, comfortable, and modern. The amenities are excellent. Short walk to downtown. Host is very attentive. Best all around experience I’ve had so far.

Very nice and spacious apartment with good location to beach and old town. Shop and restaurant across the street. We enjoyed our stay here and recommend this place to others.

Nothing important. Maybe a little more utensils such as smaller coffee cups or knives.

The apartment is beautiful, clean, well organised and spacious. The host is very kind and helpful. Parking space is available for free. Big supermarket is just across the road. The old town and the beaches are in close proximity and reachable by foot. There is espresso machine available and fresh fruit and bottled water, too.

The host was wonderful, she was there waiting for us and it made a very smooth handover. EVerything was explained to us and she answered all our questions. Apartment was spotless and had everything you could need. She even let us check in early and check out late. Parking was free.

A coffee machine that uses pods would be great.
