Apartment City Center

Location: Apartment City Center is located on a flat wide street, Carera, right next to where buses drop you off and pickup. Old Town is very hilly with smooth cobblestones that can be treacherous walking, let alone schlepping luggage, making this an ideal location. Carera's street numbers are on the pavement, and #28 is 400 meters from the bus and an easy 4-minute walk to great restaurants, (Fish House Rovinj, Tutto Bene) the open market, and the waterfront is through an archway. Host: The family lives upstairs, are very quiet, and just lovely. Silvio greeted me with warmth, helped with luggage, showed me around, and let me check-in early. Apartment: I ran a top-rated Airbnb and was impressed with the extra touches and quality of the furnishings. The kitchen has an induction stove top (no oven), dishwasher, expresso machine, microwave, and a small refrigerator with a freezer for ice, etc. There is a rack for hanging laundry outside the bedroom window and the Rovinj Self Service Laundry is close by, located right next to a cafe (local hang w/ good prices) and Tunaholic Fish Bar. I was here a week and loved coming back to a homey quiet apartment. There are stairs to the apartment but very doable and I am 70 years old. The apartment is on the small side, but has storage for clothes, a large bathroom, small table, and an inviting extra wide chair for relaxing and/or watching TV. You will love Rovinj, hopefully you can stay for at least 3 days and this is the perfect place stay and explore.

It was very conveniently located, just a short walk down from the bus station.

Check in was somewhat inflexible due to hosts being busy with other issues when our bus arrived almost 2 hours ahead of schedule! We waited at a coffee shop and walked around some waiting for them until our unexpected arrival time.

The apartment was very clean and had many amenities. The location is also extremely convenient and close to downtown. Parking and check-in were extremely convenient.

The apartment was perfectly located in the heart of Rovinj – just a short walk to the beach, the old town and lovely restaurants. I really appreciated how clean, quiet and comfortable the space was. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything I needed. The bed was spacious and cozy, and WiFi was fast and reliable. Everything matched the description and photos exactly.

The accomodation is at the heart of Rovinj closeby the shops and riverside with nice restaurants. A free parking space is available a few hundred meters away from the accomodation.
