beautiful and large apartment located outside the historic center, this allows free parking and is convenient for visits and trips super friendly and helpful owners

Spotlessly clean and very well equipped apartment in suburban Rovinj. Plenty of parking in the immediate area of the property and a shopping mall and supermarkets within 5 minutes walk. The old town is a 15-20 minute walk away or anywhere between €6-15 in an Uber. Hosts were very responsive and helpful.

A bit of traffic noise but not enough to bother us.

Apartment was nice, clean, with AC, spacious. Bed were comfy, property is next to few big malls, parking next to the property.

Is not close to center, but in this case is a plus as there were no crowds.

Everything was really good. We thought the walk into town would be an issue, but it was totally fine. Shops nearby were really helpful. The host was excellent, all good.

The only downside was no lift. That was it.

Very friendly owners, they were waiting for us on arrival, giving us tips on good restaurants. Easy to get into town by car and get out from town if you want to travel elsewhere. Near Lidl which is very handy. The apartment is nicely decorated and very well equipped.

Stairs to the 2nd floor with a 20 kg luggage. Quite far away from the old town on foot, especially when it is heatwave outside. Directly next to main road but not too loud.

The owner was very kind with a positive attitude. The apartman beautiful, clean, fully equipped and furnished. Like a comfortable, cozy home. Can't say nothing else, this apartman is a 10/10, we was very satisfied with everything.

About 15-minute walk to Rovinj's old town, not that far but could be uncomfortable when it's very hot
