"Great place near everything"

Breakfast is not included. Location is perfect, it does not get any better. Parking included, in the center, sea view, 4 min from old town

To make this excellent apartment even better, an iron and a few cooking condiments, like oil, salt/pepper would be very helpful,

Fantastic waterfront location within an easy walk of restaurants and swimming spots, well appointed apartment with everything needed, friendly host, and secure car parking on-site.

Directions in google a little hard to follow down very narrow access roads.

The location was fabulous with views over the busy boardwalk and into the harbor. Ideal private parking lot, which is rare in this location. The apartment was spacious, clean, and comfortable - especially the bed. The air conditioning worked great with separate controls for the living room and bedroom. We would definitely stay here again next time we're in Rovinj.

"Comfortable base to explore Rovinj"

Very well located with private secure parking and great facilities. Although situated on the waterfront with a busy street between you, it was not noisy in the bedroom that is at the back. Comfy bed, good bathroom and well set up kitchen made for a comfy stay.

"Excellent view with perfect access to visiting all of Rovinj sites"

The location was perfect for visiting all of the highlights in Rovinj. The apartment with all of the amenities was updated and comfortable. Free parking was definitely a plus for us as we were on a three week journey through Slovenia and Croatia. we also received excellent recommendations from the owner for dining in Rovinj and great day trips.

The apartment was a bit tricky to find but once we trusted our directions on Google maps we were able to locate it easily.
