Apartments Elita

So clean and compact! Elita is an absolute delight - she greeted us with cold tea and wine. It was extremely hot in Rovinj and the air conditioning in the unit is the best we have had in Croatia. We were in the one bed space and it’s tight but was perfect for us. We spent our days swimming so really the room was just for sleeping. Fantastic shower, great table for an evening wine out front. The bed is super comfortable too! We are going to book in again next year. We loved Elita and her wonderful Croatian hospitality - hvala!

We didn’t stay - too small - not as advertised - disappointing

We really enjoyed our stay in Rovinj, such a beautiful city! Apartments Elita was a great choice too! The apartment is well equipped (washing machine, dish washer, kitchen utensils and TV) and the small room provided everything needed during our three nights stay 😊. We were even allowed to check in earlier! The terrace is a great spot for breakfast and the parking space was directly in front of the apartment. 👍

The wifi did not work in our apartment. There seems to be only one router. We were out most of the time, so it wasn't a big problem for us.

The proximity to the city center and the quiet environment.

The bathroom could have been a little more spacious. It is difficult to move in it, but we managed it.

There wasn't much not to like everything exceeded-ed my expectations, a friendly neighbourhood and only a 15 minutes walk form the old tobacco factory.

10 min on foot to the city center. Small terrace/sitting area outside. Comfortable bed. Very small, but equiped kitchen. Landlord replies quickly before and during the stay.

The apartment is extremely small, even no space for opening luggage on the floor. So maximum its for 1 person if you just come to sleep at night there. There is no sound isolation at all,so if people live in the next apartment, you fully participate in their conversation. Hot water boiler so small, that you can not take shower and wash your hair with hot water at once.

We had a lovely 3 nights here. The location is central and it was a short walk into the old town for sightseeing and dinners. Location was perfect for day trips to Pula and Porec. Elita welcomed us with a bottle of Istrian wine. The bed was very comfortable, the apartment newly renovated and had everything we needed.
