Sea View House Olja

Charmerende lejlighed midt i den gamle bydel. Billederne passer. Dejligt med to terrasser og en velfungerende aircondition. Mindre køkken - men vi var kun to personer i fire dage, så det fungerede fint. Rig mulighed for at benytte byens restauranter og cafeer - og tæt ved klipper med direkte adgang til det smukke hav. Indkøb anbefales tidligt om morgenen - fra kl. 7 er det lokale marked åbent med frisk frugt og grønt + fiskemarked. Bager ligger lige ved markedet. Der er gang i mågerne - både morgen og aften. Men hvis man kan klare støjen, er det rigtig fint at sidde med udkig til vandet og byens tage fra den øverste terrasse.

Du skal være tidlig på den for at finde en god plads på klipperne ved vandet (nedenfor kirken) Badesko er en fordel når man skal hoppe i fra klipperne, og op igen fra vandet. Fungerer rigtig fint med at parkere uden for bycentrum og blive hente med golfvogn. Men husk det hele fra bilen - det er en (varm) gåtur på 15 min. hver vej, hvis du skal hente noget :) De 15 euro pr. dag for parkering skal betales kontant ved ankomst. Ligeledes skal opholdet betales kontakt. Ikke optimalt. På den øverste terrasse er du meget tæt på naboerne.

Es war alles sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und die vielen Terrassen waren sehr angenehm. Es ist sehr zentral und alles leicht erreichbar. Alles sehr bequem, und sehr ruhig die Lage.

Great comfortable little holiday home in the centre of Rovinj old town, walking distance to all amenities. Loved the little terraces to chill after a day's sightseeing. Small kitchen and bathroom but fine for a short stay

Steep polished stairs with no rail on the one side and tiled step at the bottom seemed a health and safety hazard. We were just extra careful and left a lamp on at night.

Perfect location, beautiful view from the terraces, cosy interior apartment design. Private parking, helpful property manager.

Everything was excellent

Lovely location in old town - gorgeous view of sea and old town rooftops. Special character with comfortable bed. Close to sea for swimming from rocks. Host was super helpful with showing us carpark and transporting luggage by electric cart. Communication was excellent.

Bathroom is very small. Stairs are steep - no problem for us but both these things could be an issue for some.

It is a lovely, very tastefully furnished little house with amazing terraces and sea views right in the middle of the old town, close to the church but still in a very quiet location! We just love it and we will keep coming back! The appartment is also spotlessly clean. Milo, the property manager has been very helpful and available, thank you so much for having us!

The owner of Sea View House Olja employs a property manager who met our taxi at the main car park and took us to the apartment by electric golf cart (cars aren't allowed in many parts of the old town). The property had a lovely homely feel and was tastefully decorated. We had sea views from three separate balconies. The bed was one of the most comfortable I have slept in.

Sea View House Olja has an upstairs bedroom and the space taken up by the stairs meant that there was little spare space to store bags, clothes and cases.
