Great communication. Excellent location. Local knowledge. Welcome fruit basket. Parking may be a little tricky for a larger vehicle but not a real problem. Local supermarket and cafe only 3 minute walk.

What a cute little apartment! 2 bedroom with very comfortable beds. Large bathroom with a washer. (Bring laundry soap pods).The a/c worked great! When we arrived, our hosts provided us with fresh fruit and fruit juice. As well as directions to spots in town. The location is perfect! In less than 10 minutes you were in old town. Ivan and Marta were lovely people and accommodating. We would highly recommend this apartment!! We loved Rovinj ❤️

We liked everything!

This is a sparkling clean two bedroom apartment above the Old Town. You have a designated parking place, washer, outdoor drying rack, kitchen with cookware and utensils, and comfortable beds! (Oh! And excellent water pressure for your showers!) Marta and Robert are in the same building, so if you have any questions or immediate needs, they are right there if you need them. The apartment is within walking distance (literally minutes) of everything we wanted to see and do in Rovinj. This property is a hidden gem and an excellent value!

This issue is NOT UNIQUE to this property, but any property that is NOT in the pedestrian-only area of town will have street noise. (But if you stay in the pedestrian-only area of Old Town, you obviously do not have a parking place and you have to schlep all of your bags up and down steep cobblestone roads. Pick your poison.)

The location and host are wonderful. Free parking is great. Even with construction, they met us near the harbor and led us through the town to the spot right outside the door.

Ideal location- just park your car, set down your bags, gaze at the ocean or beautiful garden on either of your 2 balconies, then head 5 mins down the narrow cobblestone lane to get lost wandering beautiful old Rovinj!

The view was amazing. It was only a five minute walk to the city center on the Adriatic.

We loved it!

The hosts were very nice, they welcomed us with fruit and drink. The apartement was very comfortable, we had everything we needed at our disposal. The location was a big plus - close to the old center as well as the beach. We had a great week here and hope to come back again :-).
