"Pessimo, proibitivo. Anche pericoloso!"

Sul sito è contemplata la presenza di condizionatore, L unico presente era nel piccolo soggiorno e nonostante (come suggerito dall’host) lo avessimo lasciato acceso per ore, la camera da letto ,che ne era sprovvista, è rimasta a temperature invivibili e proibitive per dormire la notte. Abbiamo provato ad aprire le imposte ma SORPRESA, rischio di cadere dal primo piano, balcone inesistente, e tre bastoni di legno molto artigianali a “proteggere “ dalla caduta!

Abbiamo chiesto all’host di cambiare camera, renderndoci anche disponibili a pagare la differenza, ma nonostante avesse altre disponibilità su booking (abbiamo verificato) ci ha detto che non era possibile. Abbiamo manifestato il nostro disagio ma non è stato in grado di offrire soluzione.

I booked a SELF-CATERING apartment. What i got was an apartment with a visual kitchen with no WORKING oven, grill, hob, or indeed any apartment heating. How could i use a non-functioning kitchen while shivering? I complained to owner, and Booking DOT com, and neither gave a toss, so i immediately vacated, and went to another apartment i myself (miraculously) found within an hour, i was very lucky.
