"I will not come back here because the arrogant host"

The host should learn how to treat customers especially if you don't know anything about language culture and facilities. Although I had 3 hours of time to reach the near airport (less than 10km) I was struggling to find the easiest thing in the world if you manage a large structure like that: a taxi! But the host instead of providing some solution just preached to me saying that next time I have to organize better myself as they do not provide a taxi service. So I asked the security staff who really help me out quickly by providing private transportation...
