Great location right in the busy section of Sintra, but down a quiet alley so you get some peace and quiet. The apartment is cute and clean with a pretty well stocked kitchen.

Pictures on the booking site of the exterior weren't quite accurate, so we had a little trouble finding it. I didn't get the door code from the host until earlier that day when I was traveling and didn't have reliable cell signal. It worked out, but wasn't seamless. The rooms would work better for family than our party of 5 adults. The full bed in one room and the bunk beds in the other were too small for their occupants.

Central location was great! Easy few steps to pastries n palaces.

Couldnt drive to the door and rental car parking was scarce, but not a problem really.

It is in a perfect location. Literally walking distance to many shops, cafes and restaurants. Easy to grab taxi to reach any tourist sightseeings. Not that easy to park, very narrow streets and not much space. Renovated place with all amenities.

Great location and beautiful home to stay in. The Indian food restaurant below the home is delicious. Home was clean and very spacious for our purpose. We were able to drop our bags a few hours early before the home was ready. We were very grateful for the accommodations.

The house was extremely musty. Smelled of cat urine and was only manageable with open windows and a fan blowing. The property was clean and seemed clear of pet hair so the smell must have been from pipes or old walls.

The apartment is large and stylishly furnished. The rooms are a good size. There is everything you need - the kitchen is well equipped. It is located about 10 minutes walking distance from the station. There are many establishments around it, including right next to it, which contributed to the noise on the first night. For the easiest guide to the place, you can take Cafe Paris, the apartment is behind it. Since there are two number 4, the apartment is the lower one. We had no direct contact with the owners, all communication was carried out via WhatsApp. Catarina answered all our questions. Access is via a code she sent us. Thank you for accommodating us earlier than the official time.

The cleanliness was not up to par. It was suffocating and smelled of moisture and mold (especially in the children's room). The sheets and especially the towels did not smell or look like laundry. There was also a sewer smell in the apartment, which seems to be a common problem judging by the comments of many other places when we were choosing where to stay. There are no air conditioners, only portable stoves in the bedrooms. But this way the living room and kitchen remain unheated (the weather was cool while we were there). There were fans for cooling, which we did not use, but I am not sure that they will be sufficient and convenient to use if it needs to be cooled. It may have been described and I didn't see it when booking, but I was annoyed that there were no toiletries in the bathroom. I think at least shampoo can be provided. Wi fi is not strong enought especialy in the main bedroom.

Location is top notch and so convenient. Located in the very center of town. Love the style of the place. Lots of bed and great for family trip.
