-GROUP UNDER 25 YEARS OLD ARE NOT AUTHORIZED. -We ask you to respect the tranquility of the neighborhood. -Smoking inside the apartment is forbidden, it could be entitled to a 50 to 250 Euros fine -Pets under 10kg allowed on request ( additional charge 20€). -This accommodations is equipped with a Room Monitor noise detector. Detector that does not record discussions but decibels, this to ensure the tranquility of the neighborhood. Any attempt to disconnect or exceed noise may be penalized with a fine of 50 to 250 Euros -This apartment is equipped with an alarm system Securitas Direct. Alarm which is totally disconnected when guests are in the apartment. -It is forbidden to use the bath towels provided to go to the beach. Otherwise, you will be charged €12 per unit. Check-in regular time between 16h00 and 20h00 , after 20h00 you will have a 30€ extra for late arrival, after midnight 50€, after 1hAM it is 10€ more per extra hour. Sunday and bank holiday check-in have an extra of 30€. Early check-in before 16h00, if available, requires extra 20€. Sitges city tax not included: 1€ per night per person.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Managed by a private host A deposit may be required at the property.

Very good location close to beach and night movida. Nice terrace perfect for family breakfast and dinners. Nice split on 2 levels great for a bit of intimacy.

A couple of broken items (1 switch and 1 curtain) difficult to fix in holiday season but did not really bother me
