CALLA - Modern & Cozy Main Square Apartment in the City Shopping Center - PARKING SLOT with parking security

Location was great, there was plenty of room, plenty of supplies for cleaning, cooking, all was very clean. Hosts were very nice. Finding the meeting place was a little tricky.

WiFi was good at night, but for some reason in the morning it did not function. The base of the shower had significant rust, but the rest of the place was in good shape.

What is showed on the pictures isn’t how it looks in real life. In the pictures it looks as if you have a view towards the river and cafe’s. But the apartment faces the other way, the view is of the roof of the old decaying shopping mall. Pieces of the cieling had fallen off. Outlets were hanging out of the wall. The apartment is in bad condition, and very dirty. Hair everywhere, even in the fridge. The sinks were sticky and dirty. The cooker was greasy and still had pieces of food stuck to it, from previous visitors. When walking barefoot in the apartment we’d get black feet due to the dirty floors. The bedroom door couldn’t be closed, and one of the bathrooms had no door handle at all. I mistakenly closed the door behind me, and was stuck in the bathroom for half an hour until my son got back to the apartment and could let me out. The apartment is on the 8th floor, so we took the elevator once and ended up getting stuck halfway between two floors. So we ended up taking the stairs for the rest of our stay. The pictures speak for themselves, it’s a shame we are limited to post 4 photos.

nice location, very close to the city center, the host was very nice, she waited for us at the entrance of the parking lot and gave us the access card, then waited again when we did the checkout after we exit of the parking. We talked with her on whatsup, she also woke up early, at 7:30 when we left so overall, we had a nice accomodation and would definitely return. Parking is underground and looked pretty safe and costs us 5€ per day. the apartment was clean and had everything we needed, the internet was also good.

the elevator was kind of old, sometimes it didn't work when we called it to go down, so we had to use the stairs from the 8th floor, it always worked going up though

The host was very kind. The room is very spacious and close to the city center. There is a shopping center just next to the house. There is a garage parking.

The equipment was quite old and damaged (toilet, shower etc.).
