I am writing this review as a warning to other potential clients of this hotel. When booking through Booking.com, never choose the option to pay in advance. Although this option is available, the hotel is unable to handle advance payments properly. Yes, we all make mistakes, and the person who set up the profile on Booking.com made one too. That can happen. However, what was absolutely unacceptable was the unbelievably arrogant attitude of the manager or reservations manager with whom I had the "honor" of speaking on the phone. He absolutely refused to acknowledge that I had already paid for the reservation, and he did not care at all that I had proof of payment ("I don't care about your confirmation"). Instead, he kept repeating that the booking said "prepayment not required." That is true, but his world, "not required" apparently means "not allowed." Naturally, I refused to pay twice and went to stay at another hotel. If they manage their rooms with the same quality as their reservations, I certainly didn’t miss out on anything.

Everything, staff was excellent, very clean. TOP CENTRE location in pedestrian zone. Through the apartment, we pay parking only for 10 € per day, and with their parking card, we go in out without limits. First coffee is free, and each next one only 1€, for lavazza, illy, and burbone. Friendly and warm hospitality. We couldn't believe that for this promotion price we can have all these services.

We didn't like guess relations from Romania. When we arrived we were surprised by their not civilisate behaviour. They want our room with promotion price, but receptionist tell them that for promotion they must to pay advance. We read their comment and NATING IS TRUE, EVERYTING IS LIE.

The hotel doesn't work. When I arrived it was closed I called the phone number and they said they can't help but the main problem is they didn't close their hotel on the Booking.com system. That's why they got the payment but they are not working. Be careful it's kinda scam

Lokacija je odlična. Osoblje je ljubazno i sve je bilo u redu, dobili smo i kafu dobrodošlice.

Sve pohvale za hotel, nalazi se u centru grada, osoblje je na vrhunskom nivou a posebne pohvale za Kedija, cista desetka. Dolazimo uskoro opet 🙂

Very nice staff and a very convinient location by the city center and two of the malls.

Most of all - Wi-Fi did not work in the room at all. Secondly - the hot water weren't quite hot - bareble but not great fun in the winter... Also, I didn't get the same kind of room as I booked, and the heating in the room was somewhat insufficient- by the morning the room got warm enough, but it took all the night to get to it... Lastly, the walls were very very stained...

The location was perfect. 5 minutes walking distance to everywhere.
