Apartment is comfortable, spacious, very well equipped. Furniture is basic and new. Beds are comfortable. It is a two-bedroom apartment kitchen is well equipped for a short, even for a longer stay. Bathroom is decent. Heating is excellent. There are no annoying noises whatsoever. Location is very good, at 20-ish minute easy walk to the very center. The neighborhood is urban, safe and the walk to the city centre is pleasant. Host is affable, well organized and efficient.

Apartment is big. Parking is included. Host let us park in the apartment for a few hours after check-out time.

Bathroom is not in good condition (need some deep cleaning): black mold on the bathtub caulk, toilet is not well cleaned, toilet button is falling apart, damaged shower curtain. Mattress is too soft for me. This is not the host fault: tap water is clear coming out of the faucet, but after it's boiled, there's a lot of white residues (cloudy water), maybe Sofia's water is very hard. I ended up buying bottled water for drinking & cooking breakfast.

The appartment is bright and spacious and is situated within walking distance of key attractions in Skopje city center. We also liked the atmosphere of the neighbourhood and the free parking provided by the property came in very handy. Great value for money, overall.
