El apartamento estaba en un estado lamentable Sucio, roto, viejo, el edificio en el que se encuentra el apartamento es pésimo Me he sentido engañada, pues el apartamento que me asignaron, ni siquiera aparece en las fotos de su publicación Me marché en cuanto encontré otro sitio Fue un verdadero engaño

Kristina was helpful at first by giving information; however, i was disappointed as i did not receive what i had booked.

When we arrived, the apartment was not the one we booked. Our booked apartment was modern, but the one we received was very old and did not look very clean. The host couldn’t resolve the issue because our apartment had been given to another family, and we ended up having to book a different accommodation, as we had 2 bookings with Tina Apartments. The neighborhood felt very sketchy, and the lift is extremely old and dangerous (similar to the one in the picture); we couldn’t use the stairs with six hand luggages to reach the 7th floor. Very frustrating experience, and she only gave us a small discount for a one-night stay of 85 euros, which wasn't even in our apartment that we had booked.

Two restrooms in the apartment! It is useful when there are 6 persons.

A heartfelt thank you to the wonderful family who made sure we were all accommodated by providing two apartments for us. They even arranged parking for our car, which was such a thoughtful detail. We are truly grateful for their warm hospitality and care.

Bel appartement, très bien bien situé, avec une place de parking souterrain très pratique. Encore merci à notre hôte pour la communication très facile et rapide et toute les informations fournies pour faciliter notre découverte de la ville.
