Amazing house in Sliema Central with BBQ & Parking by 360 Estates

The property was spacious set across multiple levels with up to 10 beds, several bathrooms, sufficient kitchen facilities and dining areas. Ground level - kitchen, diner, living space, 1 bathroom. 1st floor - 2 bedrooms (double and triple), 1 bathroom. 2nd floor - 1 double bedroom, utility room, bathroom, balcony with dining space. 3rd floor - triple room with balcony. It is well located in Sliema on a relatively quiet street and walking distance to shops, buses and ferry crossing to Valletta to get around to the sights and beaches. The property manager was responsive in the build up but did not resolve anything during week.

There were a number of issues that weren't resolved during the week. We were unable to lock multiple doors, windows and access to balconies which was a safety and security issue with children. We couldn't connect to WiFi and despite contacting the property manager this was not resolved. Although there were 3 bathrooms, only one shower was working effectively and the bath couldn't seal. The kitchen also didn't have any hot water. The mattresses and their camp bed frames in the bedrooms were not comfortable. Generally the property needs some upkeep to fix broken things such as bathroom door locks, blinds, and a thorough cleaning as was quite dirty.

Het enigste wat klopt is dat het een groot huis is met genoeg ruimte voor 10 personen.

3 dagen geen water gehad en daardoor niet kunnen douchen of wc kunnen doorspoelen. 3 badkamers aanwezig die niet op slot kunnen. Bedden met pocketvering die in je rug en heupen steken. Pannen in keuken kunnen niet gebruikt worden, zo oud zijn ze. Daardoor elke dag buiten de deur moeten eten. Grote lekkage bij een regenbui waardoor 1 persoon van de trap is gevallen door het water wat er lag. Meerdere keren gevraagd om compensatie, geen antwoord terug. 2500 euro betaald voor 9 dagen met 9 personen maar was nog geen 500 euro waard.

Duży dom, 2 tarasy, wysoka przestrzeń, idealna dla 8-10 osób, ale... ma istotne wady - czytaj niżej.

Brudne podłogi, duże robaki w meblach, niesprawna zmywarka, zbyt mała ilość naczyń i sztućców na tak duże mieszkanie, zepsuta klamka do drzwi jednego z pokoi, zepsuta suszarka do naczyń, brak kapsułek do prania i zmywarki - mimo zgłaszania przez Whatsapp firma obsługująca mieszkanie nie przejęła się naszymi zgłoszeniami i nikt z obsługi się nie pojawił w celu napraw.

Casa enorme e super accogliente, perfetta per stare tutti insieme senza pestarsi i piedi. Cucina top, spazi comuni grandi e tante camere comode. Ideale per una vacanza tra amici! Aria condizionata e Wi-Fi impagabili.

The property was large, well equipped and very comfortable for the 10 of us. Excellent communication and help with any issues even late into the evening.
