Spacious 2 bedroom apartment in Sliema

Czyste i duże mieszkanie. Rewelacyjna lokalizacja, w pobliżu przystanki komunikacji miejskiej, prom do Valletty, sklepy, restauracje. W kuchni spokojnie można przygotować śniadanie i kolację na ciepło. Informacyjnie - brak przypraw, kawy, herbaty, płyta indukcyjna jakoś dziwnie działała. Łóżka były wygodne, klimatyzacja we wszystkich pokojach działała bez zarzutu. WiFi również bez problemów. Dwie łazienki czyli duży plus. Ciśnienie wody bardzo słabe ale to podobno problem występujący w wielu miejscach na wyspie więc trzeba polubić. Pralka działa, suszarki nie używaliśmy. Generalnie raczej na plus aczkolwiek jakieś mankamenty były.

Wiem, że to nie wina właściciela i że cała Malta to jeden wielki plac budowy ale chcąc być uczciwym wobec potencjalnych najemców muszę napisać że w czasie naszego pobytu codziennie około godziny 7:00 - 7:15 zaczynał się remont w mieszkaniach położonych nad nami. Nie chodzi tu o kilka uderzeń młotkiem - prowadzone prace uniemożliwiały rozmowę więc rano trzeba było z lokalu jak najszybciej uciekać. Kiedy wracaliśmy wieczorem lub późnym popołudniem był już spokój.

Bývate na stavenisku, kde už niekedy o 7:30 začínajú búchať a vŕtať do steny. Celý deň v byte nevydrží nikto. To je tak na migrénu. Voda v kúpeľni má veľmi slabý prúd

Departamento enorme, limpio. Muy cómodo. Cerca de los buses para ir a cualquier lado. Bien equipado.

The location was very good – shops and restaurants were within walking distance. The apartment was spacious, with two bathrooms and two balconies, which made it ideal for a short stay. On the first day, the weather was a bit unpredictable and it rained. Unfortunately, the roof was under repair at the time, which caused a leak from the ceiling. However, the response from the host was immediate – the issue was quickly addressed. We were offered an alternative apartment for one night and received a partial refund as compensation. Overall, I would rate the stay positively.

The only downside was that the blinds were not working properly and there was an issue with the toilet flush in one of the bathrooms. These problems may have already been resolved by now.

The location is very nice, you’re close to basically everything… the apartment is very spacious, perfect for a group of people also. The kitchen is big and well equipped. Definitely will come back if I have another trip to Malta!

I couldn’t find the apartment entrance at first because the house numbers are all changed, it’s a bit confusing.

Enough space for 3 of us, was really big 2 rooms, as they explained, has everything.

Above our flat was building one more flat. We respect properties rules to be quite from 10pm-8am and workers start from 7:30. So every morning was pretty loudly. But this is during construction period because all island is in construction.

A nice, big, clean, comfortable apartment. In the center of Sliema, but also a quiet location, close to the ferries, and bus stations. It was easy to find and to get into using the lock box.

There could have been mosquito nets on the windows and balcony doors. Even though it was October, we had a lot of mosquitos in the apartment, and we couldn't open the windows while the lights were on. So, we had to turn the AC on, and out of the 3 AC units in the apartment, 2 were not cleaned properly and they smelled like mold when turned on.

The apartment is very spacious and was very clean. Also on the table the owner left a mapholder containing various critical information about the apartment or about what to visit/where to go which was nice. The kitchen is wow, you can easily cook anything you like as the kitchen is fully equipped (we did not do that as we dined out). Sliema is one of the Modern parts of the outskirts of Valletta. If you want a new building, modern space for living this is the place to be. Also the nightlife and views of Valletta are wonderful. Valletta is about 10-12 E by Uber/Bolt or 2 E per way with the Urban city boat ride.

The bed linen would need a refresh, they are quite old (from both rooms). There is a slight smell in the apartment because of the high humidity - but I imagine this is with 99% of all apartments in Malta which are close to the sea (you don't notice it except when you get in). There was no Coffee machine nor a Coffee presso (the one that you place on the stove, and delivers an intalian espresso), so in order to have a nice coffee each morning we had to buy - instant coffee from the nearby SPAR market. you could make a Turkish coffee with a small pot (but I'm not a fan).
