Large and bright apartment in the city centre GOSLM-2

Séjour et cuisine très chaud il y manque une climatisation.

Great location and very roomy apartment.

Parking is always a problem in Malta and this location was no different. The apartment itself was very large and the furniture worn and old. There is also a strange smell that we could not get rid of.

It is spacious apartment, traditionally furnished with traditional Maltese balconies (which have very good natural lighting during the first part of the day). Bedrooms are decent size, mattresses comfortable, both shower and bath available. Great location in Sliema, close to everything, but the street is very quiet and bedrooms windows are facing inner part of the building. Air conditioning in all bedrooms. 1st floor (high), lift, clean and nice stairway. Lidl in 100m.

Quite dark, not lots of lightning elements, so not comfy during evenings. Oven was not working, hot water in kitchen lived its own life. Air conditioning only in bedrooms, therefore most part of the apartment is not conditioned/ heated. In February it was too cold. Sofa, armchairs and coffee table need to be replaced, as they are very old and broken. No dishwasher. Terrible pans and only small pots available.

Spacious. 2 bathrooms. Great Location in Sliema. Big bedrooms, ours with en-suite, Secure access. Proper kitchen with all the pots, pans, glasses etc you could ever want, and sizeable dining/sitting areas plus working washing machine and balcony for drying.

We really did have a good time so don’t want to overstate but General condition is old and tired. Torn couch, coffee table in seating area falling apart, broken blinds in lounge, wall lights not working in lounge, broken light fitting in big bedroom, various missing lightbulbs , No hot water in kitchen (and we were told ‘its not designed to have hot water in kitchen’ which should be on the description - especially as the kitchen has a hot tap, and y’know, no hot water in a kitchen, really?), TV not working at all (we were told ‘we have been told there is a problem and will fix it when you leave’ which didn’t really help us!) kitchen chairs falling apart, dining table crossbrace loose and wobbly, balcony light doesn’t work … lovely apartment but all in need of tlc and refreshing.

The place is well equipped, well maintained, and very spacious! Really good location in Sliema, right next to everything but on a quiet street.

I would only change sofas in the common room, just uncomfortable. The living room also missed the AC, only a fan didn't really cut it.

it is very spacious, clean. it’s very close to everything you need.

there isn’t anything wrong with this apartment but it would of been nice to have milk tea and more then 4 capsules for coffee.
