The location

It’s noisy as converted shop there is no insulation. I could hear absolutely everything from the neighbours

"Nice property in a convenient location, caring and responsive host"

Location is right in the city center - very convenient. Parking is abundant (street and on-premises). Clear and timely communication with host. Had a multi-day stay ,and the host offered to change linen/ restock consumables/clean. The property features not only a washing machine but also a dryer which is not advertised but came in very handy during my stay nonetheless. WiFi was fast Very thoughtful of the host to provide slippers - no cold feet and no dirt.

Heating is provided only via the AC unit, which is noisy (fan) when running. Luckily temperatures were mild enough to not require having it on constantly/at night, but I could see this as an issue for colder periods and/or sensitive guests.

The studio is clean all around, quiet, large as space and it's fully furnished. Llandrindod is also responsible and nice. Will definitely visit again.
