“Cotton Candy” near Venice

I really liked the location. It is a quiet neighbourhood with all amenities around the corner. It was easy to reach Venice by a 20 minute train ride. The pizza restaurant recommended by Luca was fantastic, much better than any restaurant we tried in Venice. The flat was very nice and clean, we did not miss anything. The beds were really comfortable, and it was nice to have an aircon. Luca sent a lot of useful information in advance. It was great to retire to this flat aftet crowded Venice. We had a glimpse of local life in Spinea.

Very comfortable location near railway station. Quiet and clean apartments, facilities are available on foot.

Perhaps the owners should pay more attention to the availability of detergents and kitchen utensils. When you stay in an apartment for just a few days, this is important.

The instruction provided by the landlord to access the keys was easy to follow. The location and distance to the bus stop/train stations/shops were accurate. The apartment is spacious and a great fit for a family with kids. We enjoyed staying in the "Cotton Candy" and we would love to return at some point.

The kitchen utensils need a replacement for sure.

Big apartment with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Quiet place to be with family.

Foodtable and chairs were little bit too groggy.

Good accommodation near to Venice

There were no toiletries(soap , shampoo etc.) available and we had to purchase ourselves . We were told that we would be refunded the amount but nothing happened.

This flat is really comfortable, close to the train station and 20 minutes ride to Venice. The place is really big and cozy. The check in is very easy. This flat is really great for a big family! Thank you for all!

The owner is always in touch. However we have just one proposal to put bigger sofa in the living room, because we wanted to sit all together and watch a movie, but there wasn't enough place. It would be nice to put sofa which could be unfold.

Location close to Venice, 20-25 minutes by car. The flat it’s really clean and well kept. Have everything we need to be comfortable.

I would suggest the host leave some water in the fridge, they can charge for it. Just found hard to find a place opened as we arrived late,

It was a really good place to live for a month with friends. It has two big rooms with a double bed, two restrooms, and also a clean kitchen and living room. The location is not that far from Venezia island(40-50 minutes by bus). Also, the host is very kind and wants to help us.

I think the room is clean, but I cannot feel that the bedclothes are clean. Also, some(TV, Basin) didn't work well the first time (after some days, the host fix everything).

Location is really good, easy access to both buses and the train station. Very cozy atmosphere, highly recommended!
