Casa Martina 2 (Spata) 10min El.Venizelos airport.

A good stay! this is the perfect spot to stay if you want to be close to the airport to fly out from. The owner Tanya and her son were incredibly warm and hospitable during our 1 night stay and even helped us order food delivery because the closest kiosk was closer when we walked there. The room was a self contained granny flat, open and airy, and was clean, had lovely fresh sheets on the bed and wifi. Tanya was kind enough to drop us to the airport for around the same cost as a taxi (€30) which was very kind and saved stress waiting.

Apart from being located close to the airport it’s quite out of the way - there are no shops, restaurants or things to do within walking distance - and would be best suited if you have your own car as the taxi in from Athens was €30 and then the cost of getting to the airport from casa Martina was another €30 so it stacks up quickly. Otherwise it was a really great spot!

Only a 1 night stay stay but welcomed on arrival by the host who also helped us by booking an early taxi the next morning. Room was comfortable & had everything we needed.

This property was very close to the airport - great if you are staying for one night. The host was very friendly and even offered to drive us to the airport the next morning which was much appreciated. The room was decorated very nicely and we loved all of the personal little touches.

Address didn't seem to match up?? Taxi driver found it difficult to locate the property.

Separate building from main house and very quiet

For a quick overnight stay it was perfect for what we required and included collecting us and dropping us off at the airport at a fraction of the cost of a taxi

Beautiful apartment in a quinticient neighborhood. Very spacious with classy interior styling. Tanya and Janus kept checking that we had everything we needed. Terrific hosts.

I needed a place that was close to the airport as I only had 24 hours to explore the sites before a morning flight. This was the perfect location. The host was very responsive and helped me get to the lodging. I was able to drop my luggage and venture into the center of Athens. There was easy access to a metro station, from there it took me about 30minutes to get to the "tourist district" it might have been less I just got a little lost. The next morning I called an Uber and it only took about 8 minutes to the airport! The water in the shower was hot and had good pressure, the bed was comfy and the pillows many. The space was thoughtfully decorated and the kitchen looked stocked. I wish I had more time there, it was so comfortable.
