Avelana Apartment

The apartament was really cozy and pretty, we felt like home.

Everything was great.

It’s very open and easy to use. Very good that there was a big fridge for products. Good thing it was close to beachfront- 6 min by car.

It had strange smell - like someone before our arrival were smoking inside. Also I found man’s hairs on bed sheets close to pillows. It made me feel uncomfortable but overall the cleanliness was fine. Could be improved. The neighbours were very noisy at night. Disturbing.

We had a perfect stay at this apartment, ideally suited for families with two children. The apartment was spotlessly clean and recently renovated, featuring stylish and beautiful furniture. We appreciated the hassle-free car parking available right behind the building. Its location in a tranquil neighborhood meant no traffic noise or disturbances from the street, and the neighbors were very quiet. Our trip was centered around a sport competition at the nearby Athletics hall, making this apartment an ideal choice for athletes or anyone visiting Pärnu for similar events.

The apartment was extremely clean. The location is very good. And the street is quiet.

Since it’s in the first floor there was not much light but this is good for summer because keeps the apartment cool. I can fully recommend this apartment.

The landlady responded promptly to all our letters. Thank you for the sweet surprise for the children. Everything you need in the kitchen.
