Très facile d’accès et proche de l’autoroute… pour une halte sur notre chemin de retour c’était parfait. Logement chaleureux.

Het was een heerlijk huis op een prachtige plek goed gelegen vlakbij de snelweg. Voor ons was het prima voor de overnachting omdat het ook vlakbij de Gottardo ligt. Heerlijke bedden. Van alle gemakken voorzien

We kwamen aan in het donker en het huis was wel wat moeilijk te vinden. Zelfs met Google maps

Op de bedden na alles.

Bedden lijken aan vervanging toe. Maar dat is natuurlijk ook persoonlijk.

Die Lage ist super für einen Zwischenstopp! Das Haus ist zweckmäßig super ausgestattet und perfekt sauber. Die Kommunikation ist top, unkompliziert und extrem freundlich.

Beatuful nature, fantastic trips, I can recommend The Ritom Funicular (it's maximum incline is 87.8%, which is ranked as one of the steepest funiculars in the world!), transporting you towards beautiful Alpine Lakes (lago Ritom, lago Canagno), one of the most beatiful views I have ever seen. The house is very closed to the highway so you can easily reach other destinations. The surroundings of the house is quiet, beautiful garden with coniferous trees. The apartment was very well equipped, beautifully spacious, clean, I really appreciated the dishwasher, because on vacation I really do not want to wash dishes:). We were 4, 2 adults, 2 teenagers, we really enjoyed it, 100% recommend it.

Was ok on cleanliness.

Poor communication from host. No hot water, apparently there is a switch for hot water but there was no instructions on this. Should be easy to place a simple instruction right on the switch. The was poor communication about parking, it came after we arrived and got yelled at by a neighbor for being on their property. The actual parking is away from the property. You have to carry your luggage up stairs. Also the fridge was turned off when we arrived. We were only there one night, but it sets a bad mood when you can’t take a warm shower before leaving in the morning. Messing with the shower caused so water to spill on floor, we dried it with towels but host complained that we left the bathroom floor wet. And took no responsibility for cold water. Was like oh well, you should have not turned the knob.

It's cosy. The table in the garden is nice for dinner in the evening.
