The Beach House on the Hill

Beautiful location, fantastic views, close to town. Host was lovely and helpful. Unique property that was light, bright and nicely decorated. Great shower.

The view is amazing from the house. Comfortable bed. I am in love with the shower! We loved all the plants everywhere. The house is nice and spacious. Everything you need is there.

If I can critique the couch is really uncomfortable... But in saying that we barely used it.

It felt modern inside and had a bit of a funky feel about it. Everything was lovely and clean inside. It is also very close to Raglan given there were very few other options available when we booked it. That was handy. Very grateful to get accomodation when we booked.

We arrived in the evening and couldn't see very well as there was no outside lighting and we didn't get instructions the accomodation was at the back of the owners property. The cobwebs could have been removed outside the place and the grounds need maintenance. It was a long weekend so it was rather expensive. I understand it is cheaper at normal times. The view to the beach was obscured by the tall pine trees. The deck is also very narrow so it's important to be careful at night.
