There were only few good things about the place we stayed: first, it was very centrally located, making it easy to walk everywhere; and second, it was very close to the city's largest parking lot. The parking wasn't free, but the fees were quite reasonable. The hosts were responsive and helpful. We had an easy check-in thanks to their guidance and found the parking lot without any problems.

Unfortunately, everything else about our stay was disappointing. The apartment did not meet our expectations, and we felt it wasn’t worth the price we paid. The room was very small—which we were aware of before booking—but it was also damp and poorly ventilated. When we tried to air it out by opening the windows, insects got in since there were no screens. We had to forcibly remove a spider, a moth, and a cockroach from the room. There weren’t enough towels, and the ones provided were very old and rough. We were left with half-used toilet paper and shampoo, presumably from previous guests. The soap was either of poor quality or diluted with water. There was no air conditioning, only a device similar to a fan, which I’ve shared a photo of. It didn’t cool the room and did nothing to reduce the humidity. As a result, we slept uncomfortably, sweating and struggling to breathe easily. It will likely be even worse in hotter weather. If these issues are addressed, we believe the hosts could offer a much better experience to their guests.

The property has a good value for money, it's close to center and it's very easy to reach to owner. However, the tv didn't work and there was no small lamp for the atmosphere so I ended up in the full darkness the whole night. Still, it's very convenient if you need a place to crash, it's located in the center so the main market is couple of minutes away and you have plenty of restaurants around.
