Fiume belvárosában a piac mellet van. A ház előtt van fizetős parkoló ami drága de ha már bezárt a piac meg is lehet állni. Utána a közeli terminal parkoló az ajánlott. Az apartman nagyon szépen felújjított, szuperül néz ki. A felszereltség közepes. Nagyon jó helyen van! Éttermek, nevezetességek, piac..

Meglepő az utca és a ház állapota. Sajnos nincs jó állapotban de ha belépsz az apartmanba elfeleded.
