Really nice apartment with balcony. Very close to the centre of Rovinj. Well equipped the owner has thought of everything. Comfortable beds good shower and well thought out little kitchen. Quiet location.

Clean, fresh and modern appartment. Good location in the centre of the town Rovinj . Very close to boats driving tourists to beach islands red island and Sv .Katarina Very good quality of beds . Nice bathroom.

Very expensive and complicated parking in Rovinj . Coming with the car to the buidling is stress. Self check in into the appartment was a bit of the stress for me : I am a senior. Table in appartment is too small and TV not easy to use. Mosqitos were killing me in the night. but is all OK, i will come again

Everything! Location is unbeatable- situated amongst all the lovely bars and restaurants of the old town but also very close (10-15 min walk) to the beautiful national park area with a pine forest and stunning coastal walks. The property is spotlessly clean and the beds are amazing - I haven’t slept as well in ages as I did in this property. The property also has really effective air conditioning which is a haven from the summer heat and despite being so central, it is quiet at night. The property manager, Mauro is also very responsive and helpful and even texted to ask if we wanted some extra clean towels halfway through our stay. Couldn’t fault it at all, and I’d be delighted to return here again next time I am in Rovinj.

Everything was just perfect about this apartment. The small attention to detail was such a delight, and we will not want to stay anywhere else again. I'm hoping to come back to Rovijn and stay here. Location was ideal!

Very cozy apartment for two. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay, it is very clean and there is good internet. Personally, I was pleased with the sea view from the window, the spacious bathroom with a rain shower and the location in the heart of the city. I recommend. I would like to come to Rovinj again in the future and stay in these apartments. Pleasant and polite staff who were ready to solve any issue, thanks Mauro😉

The host thought of every amenity. It was in a great location to everything in the old town and close to the bus station too. There are two restaurants within a stone’s throw.

Spacious, good location, lovely view from the window towards the sea, nicely furnished, very clean, big bathroom, good cooking facilities, quiet at night.

No outdoor space but it was in the old/historic part of Rovinj so not to be expected, most of the old buildings don’t have balconies. Close to the sea though and not far to walk to go for a swim. Parking is an issue in Rovinj in general, but we found somewhere to park within a 15/20 minute walk that only cost 7 euros for 24 hours.
