Luxury Apartment Fabris

The location was fantastic. The property was very comfortable and well equipped with everything we needed.

Our hostess greeted us like we were long lost family. She was gracious and charming. She gave us great dinner and sight-seeing recommendations. The apartment was great. Top floor (3) but that gets you above the street noise so the room was very quiet. The breakfast was unbelievable-cooked to order and of fine restaurant quality. Personally delivered by our hostess daily-it was fit for a queen or king. She also offered to fix us some lunch to take with us but we were replete following breakfast.

The. parking is free and available, but it is about a half mile walk away. Still, better to have it, and it was secure. A car is not needed while in Rovinj.

Mira, the host, is a delightful person, she's fantastic! Breakfast was the best we've had in Croatia, ever. The room was spacious, pretty, clean, air conditioned - all we could ever want. We'll be back!

Location was perfect in the old town. Very close to the bus station and restaurants and the sights. Mira was an excellent host and she went out of her way to make our time in Rovinj a wonderful experience.

The apartment is cozy, clean, and perfectly located to reach all major points on foot. The host made it extra special by serving breakfast every morning for us. This place is a real gem, and I cannot recommend it enough!

Perfect location, on the main shopping street, yet adjacent to the marina (looks inland). Spacious studio room with large bed, kitchen and chairs for sitting. Quiet air-conditioning. Parking available 5 mins walk away (bring a wheel-bag). Host provides crepes for breakfast, and is very helpful and friendly.

Apartment is stunning, decorated, lovely

The host is fabulous lady ❤️ with big heart, and her daily morning pancakes are unforgettable experience. Air conditioning, provided shampoo, shower gel and cream, iron, drying rack, kitchen all you need, without oven, but with microwave. Feels luxurious. Agrred with pictures, no smell, a little bit noisy birds in the morning, but all perfect anyway. Would definitely come back 5⭐️

Mira was an amazing host and make sure you try her delicious pancakes. The location is right by the water and is close to everything. The apartment is very cozy and is perfect for a couple vacationing in Rovinj.

Hostess Mira was kind and helpful. The apartment is in the perfect ocation for exploring the town of Rovinj. The apartment was quiet and clean. It was tastefully decorated. Great shower! Mira left us all sorts of goodies, and she served us homemade Croatian pancakes with fruit and coffee each morning.
