"Compact apartment near the sea"

A short walk down the road to the sea. Quite compact apartment that was clean. The balcony was pleasant, though more comfortable chairs would be good. The host Elvis was very helpful and kindly gave me a lift to the bus station when I left.

I couldn't find any buses into Rovinj town though i saw buses regularly whizz past. There is a "tourist train" that comes and goes regularly from the "beach" area into the old town. (The apartment is not "beach front" which is suggested in the description.)

Loved the location—away from the craziness of the old town and close to beaches. Our host Elvis was welcoming and kind! The apartment had all that we needed, including a nice spot to relax on the “balcony with a view.”

In the midst of a heat wave, we truly missed air conditioning. We spent time floating in the Adriatic Sea to cool off, and kept windows open. There was a good breeze!
