Die Gastgeber sind sehr hilfsbereit, nett und total engagiert, dabei aber trotzdem sehr zurückhaltend. Jede Frage oder Anliegen wurden sofort beantwortet und erfüllt. Sehr schöne und absolut saubere Wohnung und Anlage. Der Pool ist auch toll. Fahrräder sind auch prima die man sich umsonst ausleihen kann, was während der Saison auch eine gute Idee ist, da das Parken in der Stadt doch eine Herausforderung darstellt.

We had a wonderful stay at Ap Grzinic. The apartment is spacious, bright, very nice furnished, clean, spotless, with kitchen equipped with what you need, confortable beds. The yard is so nice and the pool is wonderful, the kids enjoyed so much playing in the pool. The property is located in a quiet neighborhood and the kids could safely use the bikes available free of charge at the property. Gabriela, the owner is so kind, open, she and her husband were so supportive when we needed help because our car had a technical problem, they called a mechanic and even accompanied us to the service area. We could use the property available bikes to go in the evening to city center, all of us enjoyed it ans we had everything needed for a bike trip. We had some welcome beverages cold in the refrigerator to enjoy. The stay at this apartment is a great experience if you want to explore the region, the owner care and dedication for the guest's confort is so valuable.

The apartment is extremely clean, very well equipped, with a fantastic outdoor pool. Our host Gabrijela was very kind to us, she gave some recommendations. Also, you can benefit from the bikes on the property. Next time in Rovinj, we definitely know where we will come back. Puno hvala!

Lovely clean apartment with an amazing pool and great balcony. It’s in a residential area so could park the motorbike on the driveway. It is a good walk into the town but we knew that and the pool more than made up for it.

Very clean. Excellent host. Parking. Peaceful location . Excellent bathroom. Comfy bed. Well equiped kitchen. Tv and wifi. Terrace area to sit outside. Pool and sunbed. Liked everything.

everything was perfect. the apartment is very close to the sea, very big, beautiful and comfortable. the host was very attentive to us and left us everything we needed in the apartment. we will definitely come back.
