Clean, modern and spacious

The mattress wasn’t comfortable and neither was the sofa bed. Lack of hooks in the bathroom.

"We loved the convenient location of the flat but it needs better maintenance."

The flat is in a very good location: close to the old town and also close to the beach. It has an allocated parking space in a garage which is extremely convenient during peak season.

I’m sure the flat was great when it was just refurbished (presumably when the photos were taken) but I feel like it’s really not being maintained. It could really do with getting painted as the walls were all scuffed up (especially given that we’re not even at the end of tourist season). The couch was covered in stains. The door in the bathroom wasn’t closing properly and needed repaired. The fact that the bathroom is being used as a storage for all cleaning items such as a mop and hoover didn’t add to the feeling of homeliness. These are just some of the things that made our stay at the flat not very comfortable. If you take each of these points on it’s own it’s not a big deal but there was just a few too many of these points. I am very surprised this accommodation gets such glowing reviews!
