Netflix, ease of check-in, extra pillows, snacks and drinks at very reasonable price, kitchen, drinking water, air-conditioning in both rooms, nearby mart, clinic and pharmacy was really helpful.

Just need to add one more heater for the other bathroom and aircon for the hall as weather during the day in Nilai can get really humid.
