"An apartment nicer that similar one, very close to the sea"

An apartment is very close to the sea. Spacious and comfortable. Newly renovated, furnished with appliances of a good quality. The owner provided complimentary coffee and water. We also took advantage of a washing machine. All fine and smooth.

Great location, clean, washing machine, great helpful neighbors to find unit.

No identification for building, poor instructions. Vague parking options, sheets were still wet when I got in bed, did not sleep well first night.

Close to the beach and the Waikiki beach bar.

3rd floor without lift, shower head not working, toilet seat would need a repair.

"Nice and clean apartment with a perfect location on the beach"

Perfect location, right next to the beach of Los Lances and only a few steps from the old town. Beautiful sea view from one of the 3 bedrooms. The apartment is clean and nicely furnished and decorated. The kitchen is well-equipped. There is a tiny balcony. Free parking is available around the building or nearby. The host was very friendly and helpful.

For us it was not a problem but it might be good to know that the apartment is on the 3rd floor with no elevator.
