Castelinho da Azóia - Checkinhome

Property was fantastic, felt super homely and comfortable. Kitchen was well equipt. Great restaurants in the area and regular buses. Good starting point for hikes and only a 30minute bus to Cascais or Sintra. Loved all the cats and dogs in the area.

Would have been great to have a smart TV or streaming apps for after a day of hiking. But not really a property issue, just an upgrade suggestion 🙂

The location was really good, with a nice balcony facing the ocean.

There are two neighbors that have dogs around the house and sometimes start barking early in the morning.

the location is superb - you can walk from the accomodation to the coast - praia d'Ursa is stunning! there is also a restaurant in 50m and a cafe where you can have breakfast in less than 100m

L'emplacement parfait pour faire de la randonnée dans cette région magique. Littéralement à 5min de départs de sentiers longeant les falaises. - La maison est très cosy et il y a même une cheminée ! - Le balcon avec vue sur l'océan 😍 est très agréable. - Les espaces sont joliment décorés, le salon et la chambre sont des lieux de vie où il fait bon passer du temps.

Everything was excellent. The house is very nice and comfortable, very clean and has a great terrace with an ocean view. The hosts are really kind, helpful and welcoming and the location is great. Azóia is quiet and peaceful and it's very close to Praia da Ursa, Cabo da Roca, Praia da Adraga and other breathtaking destinations. You can easily park your car near the house and there are a few great restaurants in the neighbourhood. Overall an amazing experience. I would absolutely recommend this accommodation!

Very nicely decorated little house, which also has two bathrooms. The small balcony on the upper floor with a beautiful view of the ocean was also very nice. The house is close to all the restaurants of Azoia, all of which were very good. The communication was also good when picking up the keys. And the information booklet was very helpful.

They charged significantly more for an extra service than other accommodation providers. There was no coffee, no shower gel. Parking is very difficult in the narrow streets, and it is also difficult to find a parking space in the evening when all the restaurants are open. But these are really problems that did not matter to us. We had a great time in the village. The people are nice, the restaurants are good, the landscape is beautiful.
