"Excellent help from staff and manager, very clean , really convenient for attractions."

Location great, plenty of beds , very clean and staff extremely helpful. Nice view from terrace.

Small workspace in kitchen, microwave too highly positioned (dangerous) , not enough crockery.

"Expensive to travel in Sintra... All castles charge @ 20 to 30."

Expensive to rent a car in Sintra. Entry to the places of interest expensive too.

Location was great

The description that there is a balcony. There is no attached balcony. There is one for the building. When you put it in the description people assume it’s got the unit. Misleading to say the very least

"A lot of potential, but..."

For us it was great location, just next to the train station (the noise did not bother us and is not that loud and also windows are ok). Appartment has a lot of potential with huge terrace and bright living room with kitchen. With some investment and service it could be one of the best appartments in town. Quiet building, appartment big enough for a family, we had no problem.

The foramentioned potential is not exploited. Terrace is dirty and would need quite some care (it could be a prime spot of the appartment though). Some furniture is outdated, some would need repair. The building is old and the surrounding is dirty, not really pleasant.

Location (just next to the train station, a 15 min walk or a short bus ride from the historical centre), space (it is a 1-bedroom apartment rather than just a room), facilities.

Everything was great.
