Olive Garden by Eutopia

Beautiful clean room in a garden with olive trees. Very relaxing and quiet. We love it!

The property is in the flat part of the town, surrounded with olive gardens but close to town center and the beaches. The rooms are modernly equiped and clean, good room service, relaxing atmosphere. Spacious parking inside, secured by fence and automatic gates

Nothing, everything was just perfect!

This place was perfect for me! Booked 2 nights but ended up staying for 4 because I enjoyed Syvota so much. The hotel is super clean, modern place, bed is comfy and the facilities are excellent. Amazing shower with actually hot water. Housekeeping was great, my best regards to her! The location is nice, you have many restaurants/supermarkets nearby however it’s nice and peaceful in the premises. Syvota has many beaches and I visited 5-6 of them during my stay, so for me this location was good because I wanted to go to different beaches. I don’t have a car and by walking it was easy to access everywhere basically. On top of everything, the host was attentive, super friendly, helped loads - thanks so much! 100% recommended, for leisure/working people & single/couples.

It is clean- cleaning lady cleans the apartment every two days and brings new fresh towels and sheets.

Terrace is close to the next, and there is no privacy. It is very hot and there are lot of muscitos there. Olive garden is dusty parking in front of the terrace, so you can not use it except to park your car there. The apartment does not fit for 4 persons. The sofa is very uncomfortable. Also there is only one closet in the apartment, no space to unpack the bags. On the one side of the property is a construction space and on the other area covered with bushes. Outside the property there is a lot of garbage thrown away. Equipment in the kitchen is basic. No dining table in the apartment, so you have to sit outside on hit to have your meal. The cabin in the bathroom is leaking water, after taking the shower all bathroom is full of water. And you don't have anything in the apartment to clean it. .
