Tavira Lovers - City Centre Apartment II

Location is absolutely perfect just yards from the town centre and island ferry but in a quite corner. Great sized bedrooms. Cool in the day away from the heat. Well equipped.

No umbrella on the terrace (1 between 3 apartments); site fotos clearly taken a while ago; lack of TV channels; noisy air-conditioning in r/h bedroom; the place just needs a bit of TLC with wall marks, chips, rust, doors, shower housing etc.

Great central location, bright and airy.

The property is in an excellent location to discover and enjoy Tavira to the full. It was very easy to quickly get into the local area and enjoy fully the available amienities.

The property is an aged 2 bedroom facility in desperate need of modernisation. The furniture had two broken chairs, the iron had burn marks on the plate, the beds are much too low, a slap dash collection of crockery and cutlery were just a small part of the requirement to bring this location upto usual Bookings standards. Having visited and occupied many other Bookings location, this has been the worse. Tavira is a fabulous location and this apartment is perfect to use as a base. I would never ever use this place again.

Everything was easy and well informed. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. very central and close to all restaurants, bars, river etc but not noisy at all. It was very quiet and peaceful. Hard to believe it was in the centre of town. Just a short walk from everything lovely about Tavira! Also had space in the entrance hall for our hire bikes. All very safe and secure. Would recommend.

Shower controls not working properly - couldn't maintain a constant temperature.

Fantastic location couldn’t fault anything about it

The location was great, so close to the city center. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen had the basic essentials.

The weather really affected our stay. It was unusually cold and rained a lot, so we spent a lot of time in the apartment. It was very cold and the host let us turn on the heat through the AC units in the bedrooms but it didn't heat up the living area. Also the hot water was very limited which made showers uncomfortable.

We already knew the location, which is perfect.

The appartment is cold and quite difficult to get warm. But, we know that the temperatures can drop at night at this time of the year, so we brought warm clothes.

Location in the heart of town was nice. Easy walk to all areas.

During the cold spell, the limited heater worked hard to make the unit feel comfortable.
