Flattered to be in Algarve

Very well equipped kitchen. Beds comfortable. 10 minutes walk to centre of Tavira. Location is not in main convent square shown in photos but down 20 steep steps below in a new row overlooking salt pans. Great for birdwatching especially Avocets and Stilts. Faces east so lots of sun in the morning and shady in the afternoon.

Main downside was lack of good out door furniture. Not nearly enough sunbeds by the pools (only10 at main pool and 2 at the small one) for a large number of apartments. Metal seats at apartment not very great. Comfortable folding seats would be much better and could be moved to poolside when all the sun loungers have been hogged by the usual suspects. Bedroom sparsely furnished with tiny tables placed behind awkward ly shaped headboard and no seats.

Hosts were very friendly and helpful and messaged every few days to make sure everything was OK. The whole place felt really relaxing and peaceful. The apartment had everything we needed to cook at home (the fresh fish from the market across the road was amazing) and is also a short walk to loads of cafes and restaurants. Beds are really comfy and the apartment was cleaned twice during our stay. Great welcome basket full of local produce. Would definitely recommend!

Unavoidable but the back bedroom can be quite noisy at night if there are people next door.

Location was excellent, close to town centre, easy walk to shops and restaurants, only 15 mins to train station. Flat is very well equipped - everything you need in the kitchen. Communication from the agent was excellent - daily emails to check if there was any assistance we needed

It's expensive for an apartment and the charges to have an extra person in the two bedroom apartment felt unreasonable

Great location, quality of property and excellent service.

There was only a hob and microwave and not an oven. Primary access via steep steps difficult with bags.

The communication with the company managing the flats was flawless, they were extremely attentive and always ready to assist. The flat itself was fantastic: comfortable, clean, and in a quiet area. The host also left some delicious treats. I visited in winter, and the flat has three mini-splits throughout the property that can also heat the flat, so the cold outside was never felt indoors. Overall, it was a fantastic experience and one that would be perfect to repeat.

Améliorer le système de moustiquaires pour les saisons à moustiques au vu de la proximité des salines.

Great location in old converted building, with views over the salt plains.Well presented and maintained grounds. Comfortable beds and good linen and towels. Property was well equipped and had a full kitchen area with all appliances.

We liked everything!! A note near door to remind guests that it cannot be opened from outside without a key would be good as a precaution.

Communication was excellent on email, WhatsApp, and phone in advance, and we were personally greeted upon arrival with our keys, a thorough tour, and a very warm welcome.
