Spacious and very clean apartment in a quiet neighborhood at the outskirts of Tavira. Very accommodating with check in and check out. The Internet was not working in the beginning and they immediately sent someone over to take care of that.

It would have been nice to have been told that you can't leave keys inside the door when you leave (which we did to lock from the inside at night), And that you can't open from the outside that way. There are plenty of doors where you can do that. It would have saved is €80 euros to the locksmith if we had known. I will send a few little notes directly to the property managers.

communication could have been better, we had difficulty locating locked box for key at night. We had no idea when we arrived at the property what floor the apartment was and also what number. We disturbed a resident to find our apartment...not ideal, especially at night. There was no information with the key at the locked box.

The apartment is comfortable, albeit far from the city center, and definitely not walking distance. There is always parking available on the street.

We left the apartment MUCH cleaner than when we arrived, but after spending the whole morning making sure that everything was perfect, since I had read that they charge unreasonable fees for cleaning, we ended up being accused of staining the sofa, which we absolutely did not do, and charged 140 euros. Also, in this day and age it is hard to believe that a tourist apartment does not have wifi. Overall not a good experience, particularly because of the management company.

It was a cosy place of decent size and a good location if you have a car (otherwise nearest food shop is 30 mins walk away). You get free parking in the internal garage.

These guys had wrong map location on the site so it was not possible to find out where the place is upon arrival. I had to call them from a UK number multiple times to figure out where to go and to tell them the booking.con location is not correct. Beware of extra charges on checkout, they start fining you for little things. E.g. they wanted 120 euros due to couple of stain marks on the sofa (that just takes few minutes to wash with water and spray), and 30 euros because a few dishes were not washed properly (and that's due to their dishwasher not working well). We cleaned the place up and was told it was a complete mess, it's a good way for them to gain extra revenue by marketing cheaper than alternatives then add fines on top. There is no WIFI included so you need to pay for this separately. Sofa is small if you have more than 2 guests.

You definitely need a car.Also the roof terrace needs attention. It was a good space .I know it was off season but we did have days we could have used it.

for not to clean cafe cup after breakfast they charege 45 euro. i didnt see this rules anywhere

The apartment was spacious and a good layout with a bit of money spent on more comfortable furnishings some quality crockery and utensils more intensive cleaning regime it could be lovely.

There was broken ornaments peeling furniture. No comfortable seating it has one 3 seater sofa that is not at all comfortable and won't accommodate 6 people.(not the sofa in the advert) Bottoms of curtains dirty, cracked window, burnt food left in pans, stained pans, holed bedding, grubby tea towels, stained and dirty chopping boards. This apartment is right next to a distribution centre that operates 24/7 beeping machinery, workmen on breaks, lots of noisy dogs in the surrounding area.

Quiet safe area, very clean apartment which exceeded our expectations. Wonderful first visit to Tavira.

The crossing of the main road to Tavira centre could be improved from a safety point of view,but everything about the apartment and hosts was amazing!
