Beachside Stylish & Cosy 2BR Apartment with Free Parking

Everything was great! The apartment is modern and very well-equipped (dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, spare towels, moka pot), located in a quiet area. There is direct access from the bedroom to the second bathroom. The location is excellent—close to the promenade, restaurants, and shops, and it takes about 15 minutes to walk to the ferry to Valletta. Communication with the hosts was perfect; we were even able to check in an hour earlier. Additionally, there is available parking (I recommend the smallest possible car due to the entrance and exit of the parking area, as well as the narrow streets in Sliema and many other places in Malta).

Everything was ideal, surrounding and apartament. Apartment is well equipped, we had everything, e.g. washing machine and clothes dryer. It took only five minutes to reach beach with cristal water. Communication with owners, Maria and Maverick also was on the highest level, so we had no problems during our stay. They are very friendly and helpful. With no doubt I will return to this apartament.

There is no disadvantages.

The apartment is new, with modern equipment and comfortably furnished. It is close to Sliema beach, promenade and many restaurants. From there you can easily take a bus to Valletta or other places. The owners are very welcoming and helpful with all queries.

The apartment is modern, impeccably clean and full of important services and amenities. The garage is underground, safe and very useful in this area where parking is a challenge. It takes some getting used to to navigate the parking with its tight turns but it all gets easier with practice. The owner encouraged us to rent a small car and it turned out to be a very smart advice, not only for the garage but also to drive around the island and Gozo. The self check-in process is efficient and well described with detailed instructions and pictures. It works perfectly. There are many restaurants nearby as well as convenience stores. The area is safe and quiet. The ferry to Valetta is reached with a 15-minute walk. It is definitely the best option to travel Sliema/Valetta/The Three Cities. The host, Maverick, is available, proactive and attentive to customers. He offered solutions to whatever needs we expressed. We truly appreciated our stay at this apartment. It was a key part of our amazing experience in Malta.

Overall, the place is quite hospitable, welcoming, airy. Bedrooms are spacious, lots of storage space if travelling with family, kids. Best part of the apartment is the well-equipped kitchen, laundry. Name a facility, under these two, and you will find all genuine equipment present. The cleanliness is of golden standard. The location of the apartment is superb, its just 5mins walk from the main road, which connects you to city center and all attractions etc .LIDL supermarket is just 10mins by walk. All in all, its homely. I would definitely stay here, if I visit Malta again in future.

I did not like the fact, that some of the furnishings like balcony curtain blinds were so weak, that they fell off the moment I open the balcony doors for some ventilation. I am not sure, how is this even possible. When things are breaking because of wind, they have undergone wear and tear in the past. We cannot fall prey to such claims while on vacation, as these are related to ageing, wear and tear and it's the owner's responsibility to inform the guests before their arrival or advertise it on the property, so that guests can choose wisely and avoid trouble. Also, considering personal and family security in a different country, we abstain from making trivial discussions on wear and tear related damages. I think being a good person, I would like to cover for any raw material replacements costs if owner is interested. I would like to make folks aware, that be careful about some unadvertised weak fixtures, which might fall off naturally, putting you in a pickle during your stay away from home.
