The location to transport and the secure parking

The property needed a little TLC , pillows need to be renewed , the fan/ MVHR doesn’t work , ripped carpet , no heating in the en-suite , tiles loose in en-suite shower , heating controls in bedroom 2 no accessible due to wardrobe in way , heating in living room doesn’t seem to work .

clean and confortable appartment, calm, very close to the train station (but without noise), two bathrooms for two bedrooms. safe and secure with 24/24 security. walking distance to grocery and downtown.

not much to complain about the appartment itself. Although close to London, trains are expensive (25 euros round trip) so it's a huge budget to account for when commuting everyday to London. Worth including this extra budget when comparing with London appartment rentals. in turn the rental was a little bit pricy in my opinion. Slough city is quiet and easy to live in but kinda small and not the best british experience ever. if you like exotic food, it"s a must though.

very near the train station.

the carpet in the second bedroom was torn,the bed was very uncomfortable,the corridor outside was very smelly that goes inside the property. on our last day the lift was not working and we have to use the stairs with big luggages with us.

Location was superb. Train station was across the road. Apartment was so good. Bed rooms and bathrooms were according to expectations. TV lounge and kitchen was fully equiped.

I faced two issues during the process. First of all one day before I received an email that immediately deposit 250 GBP as a security otherwise your booking will be cancelled and the security amount will be refunded within 15 days of check out. I immediately called the concerned person to waive off the condition. In response, he charged 25 GBP as a waiver charges. I also enquired about the key of the apartment. In response he said that give us the time of arrival and representative will welcome you at property. I told him that our flight will arrive at London Heathrow Airport at 3pm and we will be reach at property around 6pm. Check-in process was so pathetic. We reached at 5.45pm at property but no dealing person was found. I called the same number and someone told that you should wait for one hour or come to their office to collect the keys. We again took cab and paid 30 GBP and collected the key. This way of dealing is cannot be tolerated.
