The staff was so fantastic and friendly, they bent over backwards to help. Sofia and the rest of the fantastic staff deserve a special thankyou, for all your help and your top notch professionalism. The person that hired you also has my gratitude.

Being this is an apartment, we were a family of 6 and would like to have had the following items at our disposal. #1 a vacuum cleaner for all the sand from the beach, every day. Better kitchen utensils. Water took took around 10 minutes to be warm enough to shower or do dishes, far too long and a waste of a precious commodity.

I liked that it was secured with a fence and had parking. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.

The road leading to the property is not well lit at night, could be an safety issue.

Spiders and webs under furniture

The buildings were clean and well kept. The pool area was very nice. All of the staff were very friendly and accommodating! Our individual apartments were very clean and looked like they had just been updated. It was nice having soap, towels, garbage bags, and dish soap provided. Staff came to check to make sure we had all we needed in the late morning. We could see palm trees and the ocean from our balcony. It was a very short walk to the beach and there was less noise in the area. We enjoyed the AC in our bedroom.

It would be nice if there were pot holders and a dish towel in the kitchen.
